City Office Fit Out in London.

      city office fit out

An office fit out for a City trading firm in Old Broad Street London has recently been handed over. Our long-term client, Tower Trading Group, relocated from the Nat West Tower (Tower 42) into adjacent offices next door. The 8000 sq ft office is home to 75 trading desks and a further 15 back office staff. All the trading desks are located in partitioned offices as the traders work in separate teams.

      Latest Office Design Trend.

      1. On-trend office design. The new design scheme for TTG offices illustrates some of the on-trend office design styles. Forceful partition styling, softened by good use of natural foliage, makes this office interior eye-catching and says the appearance means business.

      2. Setting a new standard. Visually, and with attention to detail, a new fit out helps business leaders to convey aspirations in business. Good design, good quality and an eye for detail are all evident in this office interior.

      3. Leading the business forward. Architecture, exterior and interior, have powerful roles to play. The physical office says so much to colleagues, and clients, in such a concise way. Even senior management can be surprised when an office interior encapsulates a new message about the business. The new TTG office delivers on this.

      Modern office interior style.

The office fit out design makes use of modern crittall style partitioning with reeded manifestation to create a modern office interior style. The colour palette uses soft secondary shades of green in the breakout area, with a stronger green on seating fabrics. Accented with planting the whole interior has a calm feel in what is quite a charged work setting.

Office furniture for the project involved careful selection of products to balance the design and practical considerations. TTG wanted a good quality design style mixed with hard wearing resilience in what is a heavy duty office. The trading desks can be occupied for long hours placing demands on the durability. Furniture is chosen from manufacturers with long warranty periods that will stand up to the test.

One of the most challenging aspects of the fit out project was the access logistics. Old Broad Street isn’t the easiest location for offloading and at times the project management was as much about vehicles and overnight offloading as it was about a new office.
